Something Great Is Coming

Gersty's Bait & Tackle is gearing up for launch. We're your local home for live bait, tackle, Illinois DNR fishing licenses, kids tournaments, and a community built around getting families out on the water.

What We're All About

Live Bait & Tackle

Everything you need to land the big one — live bait, rigs, rods, reels, and local knowledge on what's working right now.

Illinois DNR Licenses

Pick up your Illinois fishing or hunting license right here at the shop — quick, easy, and ready to go.

Kids Tournaments & Events

We're building a calendar full of family fishing days, kids derbies, and clinics. Getting kids off screens and onto the water is what we're here for.

First Fish Wall of Fame

Every kid's first catch deserves to be celebrated. Submit your child's first fish and earn a spot on our Wall of Fame — plus a certificate to hang on the wall.
